The company has attended the annual meeting of the Catalan association of companies in the health and life sciences arena.
NEOS Surgery has participated in the Annual Assembly of CataloniaBio, the association that gathers the Catalan companies in the health and life sciences sector. The event, which also served as the kick-off for the 10th anniversary of the organization, gathered over 70 people representing 65% of the associated companies.
Our company sees this organization as an opportunity to reinforce the cooperation with other health companies in our vicinity. Furthermore, CataloniaBio represents an excellent way of further developing the life sciences sector in Catalonia.
The assembly had an important participation level. In it, a strategic workshop on ten key subjects was carried out in order to identify the main challenges of the Catalan life sciences sector and the role that CataloniaBio has to play: technology transfer and innovation, entrepreneurship, business development and licensing, investing, public-private collaboration as a lever for growth, quality services in a global world, internationalization, company selling, product sales, and product development. The inputs provided by the associates will be discussed by the Board to decide on their implementation.
